Information collection:
There are several ways that Tek-uniQue Graphics, LLC, obtains information from and/or about you: (1) via the creative brief; (2) online contact form; (3) submission of design projects through email or fax communications;  (4) newsletter signup and/or (5) posting of an article comment. If you do not agree with the privacy policies, please do not submit information to the web site by any of these means.

How the information is used. Any information supplied by you to Tek-uniQue Graphics is only used for the original purpose for which it was supplied. Tek-uniQue Graphics does not otherwise utilize your personal information in any way and never shares or sells your e-mail address or other personal information to other companies. No information is collected about you unless you complete a design creative brief, submit a project design, subscribe to the feed or newsletter, or send an online message through the website.

Use of Cookies.
“Cookies” are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites’ or service providers’ systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.

Tek-uniQue Graphics uses these cookies to compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that they can offer better site experiences and tools in the future. Tek-uniQue may contract third-party service providers (i.e. – Google AdSense) to assist in better understanding site visitors. These service providers are not permitted to use the information collected except to help conduct and improve tek-uniQue graphics.

E-mail communication.
Tek-uniQue Graphics utilizes email communications to respond to general inquiries, confirm receipt of creative briefs and payments, project collaboration, and to confirm shipment of printed materials.

Billing Information.
Tek-uniQue Graphics does not store ANY billing information on the web site.  All project payments are made via a trusted Internet credit card services provider (Pay-Pal). We do not have access to any credit card numbers or validating information other than the billing address, phone number and email address used for any transaction. Phone or FAX orders require the collection of credit card billing information, but this is not stored online in any manner.

Use of artwork on tek-unique.com.
Tek-uniQue Graphics may use portions of the design work created in any project in either the portfolio or as images in printed tek-uniQue graphics marketing material. Such use is in strict accordance with the terms and conditions. Tek-uniQue graphics will not share any client contact information about such artwork, other than any identifying features already contained in the artwork. Additional information requests from third parties regarding any project featured on the web site will be denied.

Third-Party Links. Tek-uniQue Network.
Tek-uniQue graphics may include or offer third party products or services on the website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. Therefore, tek-uniQue graphics has no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, I seek to protect the integrity of tek-unique.com and welcome any feedback about external sites.

Consent.
By using tek-unique.com or engaging in any communications with Tek-uniQue Graphics, you consent to this Privacy Policy.

Notification.
If the decision to change the privacy policy is changed, tek-uniQue graphics will post notice of a privacy policy update on the website so that users may view the updated policy on an ongoing basis and be aware of what information is collected, how it’s used and under which circumstances, if any, it’s disclosed. If at any point tek-uniQue graphics decides to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, tek-uniQue graphics will notify users by way of e-mail. Users will have a choice as to whether or not tek-uniQue graphics uses their information in this different manner. Information will only be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy under which the information was collected.

Use of Site
You may use the Service, the Site, and the information, writings, images and/or other works that you see, hear or otherwise experience on the Site (singly or collectively, the “Content”) solely for your non-commercial, personal purposes and/or to learn about Tek-uniQue Graphics’ services. No right, title or interest in any Content is transferred to you, whether as a result of downloading such Content or otherwise. Tek-uniQue Graphics reserves complete title and full intellectual property rights in all Content and has obtained the right to use all designs and/or images displayed. Except as expressly authorized by the Terms and Conditions, you may not use, alter, copy, distribute, transmit, or derive another work from any Content obtained from the Site or the Service, except as expressly permitted by the Terms outlined in the Service Agreement. Copyright
The Site and the Content are protected by U.S. and/or foreign copyright laws, and belong to Tek-uniQue Graphics or its partners, affiliates, contributors or third parties. The copyrights in the Content are owned by Tek-uniQue Graphics or other copyright owners who have authorized their use on the Site. You may not manipulate or alter in any way the images or other Content on the Site.

Trademarks
You are prohibited from using any of the marks or logos appearing throughout the Site without permission from the trademark owner, except as permitted by applicable law.
