How much does a design cost?

A difficult question to answer, but pricing will vary depending on the following factors: Type of design, Design Elements/Functionality, Design requirements, Printed materials, and other related expenses. If you would like to receive an accurate quote, please feel free to complete my design brief.


I’m interested in your services, can I receive a quote?

Of course! Please complete my design brief and I’ll be in touch to verify details and options.


Are there any deposits required?

Yes. I do require an initial payment to be received prior to the start of a project. Depending on the project scope, payments are typically collected in installments.


What is your refund policy?

In the event you are dissatisfied with the initial designs provided, I may provide you with additional concepts free of charge (pending agreed upon terms). I will contact you to discuss the matter further. You may also request a refund, canceling the design project. However, please note that nominal admin fees may apply to compensate for work already completed.


What are the turnaround times for a design?

The turnaround times for designs will vary depending on the project requirements.


Who has the final rights to a design?

You receive full usage rights to the designs as outlined in the Terms and Conditions. Tek-uniQue Graphics reserves the right to use any final or unused designs in their portfolio, unless otherwise specified.


How are the final design files delivered?

Final artwork and files will be delivered electronically via email or file server.


What are the different types of files delivered with a design?

Please view the file format guide to gain an understanding of the various file types.


Will you sign a NDA?

I understand the value of ideas, concepts, privacy, and intellectual properties. If you require me to sign off on a non-disclosure agreement I will happily do so before any work commences.


Can you enhance or modify my current logo?

Yes. If you have a current logo in place, I can work to improve or adjust your logo as necessary. Please be sure to mention this in your creative brief. Additionally, I will require the necessary vector design files (.ai or .eps).

If you do not have your logo design available in the required format, I can work to recreate it in a vector format. Rates will vary depending on the complexity of the original logo.


How many changes are allowed during the design process?

Revision rounds will vary depending on the services chosen. If additional revisions are needed outside of what is included in the purchased services, you will be charged per hour at an agreed upon rate.


What forms of payment are accepted?

Check, Money Order, PayPal, or Credit Card* (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). *Credit card payments are subject to a 3% convenience fee.


Can I request that my design not be used in your portfolio?

I usually reserve the right to use any created designs for portfolio pieces, but would gladly remove it from use at your request. Just let me know.


I need designs ASAP!

Uh oh… I see we need something immediately. I can put a rush on your project. Just make note of it in your message or design brief. Rates will vary depending on your immediate needs and overall complexity of the design.
