What does every PC or Desktop user love to browse through when setting up their computer?!? Generic desktop/pc backgrounds! Or, is that just me? Oh well…

Here is my first 3DW desktop background design for the month. Sort of an ‘inspirational’ type background for the new year, that utilizes some neat layer glow effects, layer filters, and transparencies. You can download it here 1280 x 1024 (64KB).
